We are living in a time of great disruption and upheaval. Much of what felt stable or known is now being called into question. Uncertainty and change can be an invitation to reflect and reconsider what’s essential, and to better understand deeply ingrained patterns and how to shift them. For example, how does a specific pattern show up on the surface as a symptom or problem in the structures in our specific context or place? How is it related to our mindsets, assumptions and beliefs, and what might be there at the sources or root causes of these dynamics?
“Tuning our seismographs” is a collective practice of sensing into the depths and creating a supportive and reflective space to process what is happening in the moment and at a deeper level. Daring to face the innermost layers and root causes and make them explicit together is a form of building capacity to be with an experience at different levels of intensity – as individuals and as collectives. Read more here to learn why we practice sensemaking and exercise our “seismographic muscles.”
This gathering is the first in a 3 part series.
