Systemic Constellations for Societal Change
Practice space meets once a month on a Thursday 09:00 am - 11:00 am PST / 6 pm - 8 pm CET
Next dates:
TBA
Practice spaces are an opportunity to come together as a community of practice to be part of a more formal inquiry into societal change topics while learning from and with each other and being of support to one another. These spaces offer resourcing to those working with intense or challenging projects by helping to collectively metabolize and understand the underlying patterns and dynamics.
What is a systemic constellation?
Read here for more information about the practice of systemic constellation. This work is part of a larger inquiry of how these practices can support the navigation of complexity. See this journal article for a more in-depth review and example of the practice.

Past topic:
Improving relationship between students and instructors within higher education — better understanding dynamics contributing to unsupportive and unproductive relations including how patterns of overwhelm, burnout and lack of resources contribute to these dynamics and how the patterns relate to the wider institutional system.
From visioning a project startup to sensing what wants to emerge through us in resonance with a greater need. In this systemic constellation, we will listen to the various elements of an emerging startup idea to better understand how to best bring potential into form and manifestation aligned with the wider ecosystem its part of and wants to be in service of.
Defining shared leadership for the founder and her team for the next phase
After more than ten years of leading a center for the regeneration of ecosystems, communities, and individuals, including stewarding 400 acres of land, the founder inquiries about a new form of shared leadership that serves the evolution of the project. How can the project’s founder embody leadership that is aligned with the wider ecosystem.
Conscious closure How do we celebrate and honor a closing of one chapter of a project and partnership (in this case the completion of research and a book launch), while welcoming a new phase. Like a rocket letting go of its original jet packs, what needs to be let go of in order to cultivate clarity, wellbeing and greater alignment while staying in integrity with ourselves and the project.
Submit a case
We invite case submissions from the general public to the monthly systemic constellations practice space around societal change topics. Systemic constellation practitioners with previous experience are invited to be representatives. Anyone can submit a case or join to witness the systemic constellation. We will work with one case per session. Each session includes a preparatory call with the respective case givers (1.5 hours) and a follow-up reflection and integration call (1-1.5 hrs).
Societal change topics often address interconnected areas that impact society at large such as education, health, and climate. Case givers are individuals dedicated to projects that seek to uplift and/or heal existing dynamics while inquiring into new ways of acting and responding together.
Do you have an issue or challenge that could use a wider perspective or more support to help shift? Submit case details below.
